As a User, you have the sole discretion to allow your Customers access to use the customer portal. Where you allow your Customers to use the customer portal, you can enter your personal information or Customer personal information for accounting (e.g. invoices, payments), scheduling services and to send messages to your Customer. Customers that use the customer portal can from time to time enter personal information and share personal information with you (the User) through the customer portal.

As a User, you also have the sole discretion to use the credit card billing feature offered by this Site that allows you to charge your Customers' credit card for any outstanding invoices through Authorize.net. Where you choose to use the credit card billing feature and your Customers wish to pay their invoices through this method, we collect and store your Customers' credit card information you have provided. We do not store Customers' credit card information unless you, as the User, choose to enter your Customers' credit card information for credit card billing purposes.

You always have the option to not provide information by choosing not to become a User, or by not using the particular feature of this Site or the Services for which the information is being collected.

We also collect personal information automatically when Visitors, Customers or Users navigate this Site. Information may be collected through the use of cookies and web beacons ("Web Site Navigational Information"). Web Site Navigational Information includes your activity on this Site, source Internet Protocol ("IP") address, web page(s) visited, and standard information from your web browser. Web Site Navigational Information is collected and used to improve the operation of this Site, allows us to offer certain features and provide information that are targeted to your interests.

Where you allow your Customers to use the customer portal, Customer information entered by you can be used to provide information to Customers on accounting (e.g. invoices, payments), scheduling services and to send messages to your Customers. Customers can also use the customer portal to share information and send messages to you (the User).

As a User, you also have the sole discretion to use the credit card billing feature offered by this Site that allows you to charge your Customers' credit card for any outstanding invoices through Authorize.net. Where you choose to use the credit card billing feature and your Customers wish to pay their invoices through this method, we use your Customers' credit card information you have provided to send credit card and payment information to Authorize.net. We do not store or use Customers' credit card information unless you, as the User, choose to enter your Customers' credit card information for credit card billing purposes.

Our Company uses Web Site Navigational Information, through cookies and web beacons, to operate and improve this Site. We may also use Web Site Navigational Information in combination with data about its Users to provide personalized information about the Company.

Your Customers' credit card information is only disclosed to Authorize.net for credit card billing purposes. Credit card information is not disclosed or made available to other third parties.

In general, information entered on this Site and the Services by the User is available to other persons, whether they are Customers, User's staff members or other persons to whom the User gives access to the customer portal, their account, or to whom the User gives access to the information through the normal operation of the Services and this Site.

We will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such personally identifiable information of Visitors, Customers and Users except as provided in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. We will not share, sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information of Visitors, Customers and Users with third parties for marketing and promotional purposes.

Our Company uses PayPal, a third-party intermediary, to process Users' subscription fees and to manage credit card processing for payments. PayPal is not permitted to store, retain, or use billing information except for the sole purpose of processing Users' credit cards on the Company's behalf.

We may from time to time use the services of affiliates, subsidiaries and/or third party service providers in the operation of this Site, and may disclose personal information to them in the course of our use of their services. For example, we may use the services of third-party hosting companies to host the operation of this Site and the Services. Customers may also enter personal information through the customer portal to be used and disclosed to you (the User).

As a User, you also have the sole discretion to use the credit card billing feature offered by this Site that allows you to charge your Customers' credit card for any outstanding invoices through Authorize.net. Where you choose to use the credit card billing feature and your Customers wish to pay their invoices through this method, your Customers' credit card information that you have provided, along with payment information is disclosed to Authorize.net.

By entering into our Terms of Service, you agree that, with respect to the personal information and credit card information of other persons, such as your Customers, that you collect, use and disclose in the course of using this Site and the Services, you have all the necessary express consents and rights to collect, use and disclose that information as described in this Privacy Policy, and you agree that the indemnity you give to us in the Terms of Service applies to any non-compliance by you with the foregoing.

As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.
