When requesting services and dates, please include the departure times if known and return times so we can properly schedule care. Include Flight information if applicable as well.

Application & Waiver: All dogs must have a complete, signed up-to-date Intake form, Policies and Procedures, and Waiver of Liability on file. You (the client) agrees to allow Paws Abound Pet Sitters into your home and to provide complete care for your animals.

Right to Refuse Service: Paws Abound / Paws Abound Daycare reserves the right to refuse or suspend any and all service to anyone for any reason.

Health: I certify that the representation of my dog’s health is accurate on the intake form. I also certify that my dog is free of fleas and ticks, and from any condition(s) that could potentially affect the health of other dogs. Dogs who have been ill with any communicable disease in the last 30 days require a veterinarian’s release to be admitted back into any of our programs.

When boarding your dog or pet sitting/dog walking, we are happy to give medication as needed, but require the following: all medications must be in their original container and must include your dog's name, the name and strength of the medication, and directions including dosage, number of times per day, how it is to be given, illness to be treated, and areas to be treated.

Abandonment: I understand that if I do not pick up my dog at all, Paws Abound Daycare and Paws Abound will proceed according to the guidelines provided by Florida Statute 705.19 Abandonment of Animals by Owner; procedure for handling. I also acknowledge that I will be fully responsible for all attorneys’ fees and associated costs if I abandon my dog.

Photos and Videos: I give my permission for Paws Abound to take photographs, and/or videos, and to use the images or videos of my dog in printed matter, internet sites, or other promotional or advertising capacities. Photographs and videos are the property of Paws Abound.  

Paws Abound Payments:  Paws Abound accepts credit cards, checks or cash. There will be a $35.00 charge for all returned checks. If Client requests to extend service, the Client guarantees payment at the same rate for all services provided upon return. Although not required, if you wish to tip you may do so at the end of service. Payments are due at the beginning of service.  

Medical: If my dog becomes ill or is deemed to be in need of immediate medical attention, I understand Paws Abound has the right to administer aid and/or to use any available veterinarian. I acknowledge I will be contacted before seeking medical attention if possible. I also agree to pay all expenses incurred for medical treatment.  I recognize that there are inherent risks of illness or injury when dealing with animals. Such risks include, but are not limited to, problems resulting from rough play and kennel cough (doggie colds). 

Changes:  Paws Abound reserves the right to change policies, procedures, and services, and adjust rates without notice. While we will attempt to notify you of these changes, it is ultimately your responsibility to be aware of current policies and rates.  

Key Policy: At least TWO working copy of your house keys must be provided at time of meet and greet if you are utilizing dog walking/pet sitting services. The alarm code must also be given and updated anytime it changes. Gated communities must provide a gate card, remote or appropriate access codes. Should keys become unusable, lock malfunction, Client fails to leave a key or for any other reasons beyond Pet Sitter's control, Paws Abound and its Pet Sitters have authorization to employ the services of a locksmith to gain entry into a Client's home on Client's behalf. Client will be responsible for all expenses incurred and reimburse Paws Abound upon return. 

Training Clients: I agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. I confirm that my dog(s) and/or pets are nonaggressive towards people and that if my animal injures, harms or bites the trainer, that all costs incurred with treatment are covered by the Client.
