Welcome to Just Four Paws - Your professional pet sitting and dog walking service since 2017. Please be advised that by initialing this document you understand you are creating an account with Just Four Paws and that you understand services will not be rendered until you have scheduled and completed a Meet & Greet with Stephanie Bell owner of Just Four Paws. Please request a Meet & Greet (New Client) when entering your first service request, and Stephanie Bell will be in touch with you within 24 hrs of receiving your request, to schedule a date and time for your meet & greet. Please include the following your name, contact number, address, what type of pets you have and how many along with what services you are interested in eg. Pet Sitting or Dog Walking or both. To prepare for a Meet & Greet you will need the following: 3 Emergency Contacts other than the pet parents information - 2 for your pets - 1 for for your home Veterinarian Information - if you are not registered with a local veterinarian we can recommend one for you once we speak with you at the Meet & Greet regarding your pets needs etc. Options for Keys - your decision. Preferred: Client purchases door or wall lock box and places two keys inside with passcode provided by us - This allows clients care and control of their own keys - Allows clients to place lock box/keys out only when visits are needed. You can install a door or wall lock box. - Allows us flexibility with late bookings as key transfer between sitters takes a lot of time, and is not always possible - Saves our clients money. No need to pay for pick up and drop off fees - Passcodes are changed whenever employees leave to ensure that only members of the Just Four Paws team can have access when requests are received Provide 2 sets of house keys - - these can be returned to you once you arrive home - $15 pick up and drop off fee - we can keep keys on file securely stored- no fee You can let us know your decision at our Meet & Greet, however, if you'd like us to take the 2 sets of keys with us please have them ready at the M&G to prevent a key pick up charge, and please make sure all keys work prior to handing them to us. Thank you in advance. Cancellation Policy: The
Client agrees that Just Four Paws will charge a 50%
cancellation fee of all pet sitting/dog walking services that have been confirmed
regardless of the time of the notice given, except when the client returns home
earlier than expected, refunds or credits will not be granted. Pet Sitting
Services that require more than 1 visit per day, and/or the invoice is $100 or
greater and/or the client is booking overnights and/or the client requires
services during a long weekend and/or during the month of December will require
a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure the services. If cancellation is
requested by the client, the deposit is non-refundable due to our first come
first serve policy. The Client agrees it is their responsibility to cancel
