Office hours are Mon - Fri 9 am - 6 pm. We are open on Saturdays and Sundays from 2 - 5 pm to receive online reservations only. 





















By adding your initials you understand you are creating an account with DiOGi Pet Services, have read and understand our policies, and agree that a meet and greet with you and your pet is required before beginning service.

  • Last minute fees
    • If a reservation is made with less than 24 hour notice, you will be billed an additional $5.
    • Same day reservation requests are an additional $10.
    • If your assigned sitter/walker isn’t available for a last minute request, and the service needs to be set up with a new sitter/walker, there is an additional $15 fee.
  • Late night reservations – The office is open from 9 - 6 pm Monday - Friday and 2 - 5 pm Saturday and Sunday to receive and book reservations. If you book a reservation later than 6pm for the following day, it will not be seen until the following morning, and there is a possibility that your sitter will not be available.

  • Early Return Home or Late Departure from Home - Reservations are made to plan for sitter availability for Client's reservation dates. Therefore, Client returning home early or departing later than the reservation will be required to pay for the full reservation amount of time, regardless of whether Client returned home early or departed later than the prior reservation scheduled. No amount of money will be refunded to Client for early returns to home or late departures from home by Client after a reservation date has been agreed upon.

  • Last minute cancellations for vacation visits and overnights – We make every effort to accommodate the pet sitting or dog walking needs of our amazing clients; however, please understand that last minute cancellations create a loss of business for our pet sitters who could have taken other jobs. Thank you for your understanding.
    • If you cancel your reservation with less than 48 hour notice during non-holiday reservations, you will be responsible for 100% of the total reservation cost.
    • 15+ day notice is required to cancel a holiday reservation for a full refund or no charge.
    • If a 7 - 14 day cancellation notice if given for a holiday reservation, you will be responsible for 50% of the total reservation cost.
    • If a 1 – 6 day cancellation notice for a holiday reservation is given, you will be responsible for 100% of the total reservation cost.

2016 Holiday Dates:


Memorial Day Weekend: May 27 - 30
Fourth of July: July 1 - 4
Labor Day Weekend: Sept 2 - 5
Thanksgiving: Nov 23 - Nov 27
Christmas and New Year: Dec 23 - Jan 2

 

During these dates, all services are an additional $5 and overnights are an additional $15.
