 HELLO!

Thank you for signing up with us and using our unique PetSitClick portal to access and reserve your pet sitting services. A convenience for you and a more efficient way for us to do business - helps us do more petsitting and less paperwork

We will be contacting you soon, to help fill in any details or assist with any questions you may have about using our site and reserving future petsits. 

PLEASE NOTE: Now that you have signed up, your initial pet visit will be entered into the system by our staff. 

RESERVATIONS
  1. Save our portal link on your desktop computer or access the reservations tab anytime through the CCPS mobile app. 
  2. Log into your Customer Portal to: create new reservations; view current/past petvisits or invoices; update personal and pet information; pay for reserved pet visits; and more!
  3. It is a simple process for reservation request - just indicate dates you are going to be gone, what kind of service you want, how many pet visits you would like, and where you are going, in case we need to reach you. 
  4. You can include specific notes to us also, ....i.e. to update changes to routine, others accessing your home, extra service needs, extra pets, ect.
  5. Once you have requested petsits - the next step is to get them confirmed....so you know you are all set!

VISIT CONFIRMATIONS
  1. You will receive a confirmation email for approved petsit requests. To ensure petsitter availability - please try to give adequate advanced notice (5-7 days)...we do use back-up sitters if your regular sitter is unavailable.
  2. If you don't get a confirmation from us - you aren't scheduled! 
  3. Your Confirmation email will show your dates, times, and the total amount for your reserved visits - even if you have already processed payment. 
  4. If you have any questions with your schedule or need to make changes/updates, just send us a note or give us a call to update.
INVOICES
  1. When you request initial visits, we will generate an email confirmation and also your invoice (even if you already paid). 
  2. The invoice is important for subsequent visits, as we require payment in full before we can begin any reserved service.
  3. If you have pre-paid services or purchased dog-walk pkgs, we will add a note regarding credits for visits or dog-walks that were paid in full. 
  4. If visits are not already paid, you will receive an invoice by email or mail. (We request all services be paid in full by the first scheduled visit).
PET VISITS
  1. We set up your services on your petsitter's calendar
  2. We use a GPS check in/out technology and provide you with petsitter notes and a pic of your pets on each visit!
  3. The petsitter (or backup) receives, via your online profile, all relative info about each client and their visits on schedule - so we don't miss anything
  4. YOU LEAVE HOME......Let us take care of the rest!
FEEDBACK
  • As with any sucessful business - your feedback helps us improve on service and tells us how we are doing. 
  • If a petsitter is particularly attentive or goes out of thier way for you, please let us know ....and of course.....they do accept GRATUITY!

CCPS Terms of service agreement:

  1. By initialing below, you understand you are creating an online account with Country Critters Pet Sitters (CCPS). 
  2. You also confirm that you or a family member have already filled out an initial pet sit service contract with Country Critters Pet Sitters, in which you have already agreed to the terms and conditions contained therein. 
  3. Any information obtained through this site is used for the purposes of providing previously agreed to and subsequent pet services. 
  4. Any personal information provided through this portal is confidential and will be used by CCPS for the purposes of business, within the terms of the written contract on file, and any subsequent visits you arrange with CCPS.
