Thank you for your interest in A Whole Lotta Love Pet Services. If you are a new client, please create a login account.


A Whole Lotta Love will be charging a $5.00 administrative fee for each and any changes made to the original PetSitClick (PSC) Service Confirmation (whether it is adding a service or canceling a service).  Dog walking clients who make their service requests weekly, will now be invoiced on a weekly basis.  Your request needs to be made through PetSitClick by Thursday for the following week. Our schedule runs Monday through Sunday. 



Any additions or cancelations needs to be made through PSC as well.  Weekly invoices need to be paid by the Friday of the following week.


In order to insure credit for a canceled dog walk (cost of the walk minus the $5.00 administrative fee), we ask for you to give us 24 (or more) hours notice from the start of your ETA when canceling a specific dog walk.


Once we receive your request, you will receive back a confirmation recognizing receipt of your cancelation request.


A $12.50 service fee will be added for any Quickbooks payment returned due to insufficient funds.

 

The schedule for the following week is made on ThursdaysAll requests for dog walking need to be made via PetSitClick (PSC) by Thursday for the following week.  Any requests given after Thursday will be subject to availability.


Any non-overnight pet sitting visit scheduled before 7:00 am and/or after 8:00 pm with have a $5.00 surcharge added per visit. (Any visit needed before 6:00 am or after 10:00 pm needs to be approved/scheduled and will have an additional charge)


You can optionally choose to meet with additional dog walkers/pet sitters for the cost of $18.00 for a 30 minute meeting per individual.  Please let Susan know if you would like to schedule a meet and greet with any of our dog walkers.


We require a copy of your house key a week prior to the first visit.  If you require us to make an additional visit to pick-up or drop off a key a $10.00 fee will be added.


We keep a copy of your key in our master file and the dog walker or pet sitter will have a copy of your key for the visits.

 

With your permission, we will take pictures of your pet during our visits and send you a correspondence with a picture.

                 





















Terms of Service

 

Clients can view, change or cancel services via the PetSitClick online portal. Clients can view the Walker/Sitter assigned for services via PetSitClick; phone numbers for assigned Walker/Sitter will be located on the Quickbooks invoice.

 

Any and all cancellations must be made through the PetSitClick online portal. Once we receive the cancellation request, a confirmation will be sent via email to the email provided recognizing receipt of your cancellation request.

 

A Whole Lotta Love charges a $5.00 Administrative Fee for any changes made to the original PetSitClick Service Confirmation. A $12.50 service fee will be added for any Quickbooks payment returned due to insufficient funds.

 

Any non-overnight Pet Sitting/Dog Walking services scheduled before 7:00 am and/or after 8:00 pm incur a $5.00 surcharge per visit. Any service requested before 6:00 am and/or after 10:00 pm must be approved prior to scheduling and will incur an addition surcharge.

 

Initial Consultations for new clients are free if services are booked with A Whole Lotta Love following the initial consultation. Initial Consultations that do not result in services booked with A Whole Lotta Love are $18.00. Clients may opt to meet any additional Walkers/Sitters for a fee of $18.00 for a 30-minute meeting per individual Walker/Sitter. Please, alert the administrator if you would like to schedule any additional consultations.

 

A Whole Lotta Love requires access to your house/apartment in order to complete services. A copy of your key/fob is required one week prior to the start of services. If the client requires we make an additional visit to pick-up or drop-off a key a $10.00 fee will be charged. In the event A Whole Lotta Love cannot be provided with a copy of the key/fob, it is the responsibility of the client to make arrangements to allow A Whole Lotta Love access to the home.


All Service Confirmations must be verified for accuracy and approved by the client before services begin. Please, notify (Johanna@awholelottalovedogwalking.com) of any errors and “confirm” once Service Confirmation is verified.

 

Once the dates, times, and terms of the Service Confirmation are approved, a Quickbooks invoice will be sent via email to the email provided. Any changes made to the confirmed Service Confirmation are subject to additional fees. Invoices need to be paid on or before the due date to avoid penalty.

 

Pet Sitting Clients Only: A deposit of 50% of the total cost of service is due one week prior to the start of services. For cancellations, a deposit is refundable if made more than 72 hours before start of service; a $10 service fee will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellations made within 72 hours of start of service are non-refundable. Any service that with an unpaid deposit is subject cancellation. The remaining balance of services must be paid upon return.

 

One to two days prior to the start of services you will receive an email confirmation reminded you of our upcoming visit. With your permission, we will take pictures of your pet during our visits and send you a correspondence with photos at the end of our day or following completion of last visit.

 

Gratuities are never expected but are appreciated. If you would like to add a tip for a pet sitter(s) to your Quickbooks invoice, edit the payment amount when paying an invoice to include the tip. Click the “pay now” button and you should be able to edit the payment amount and then click “next.” Email Barbara (Barbara@awholelottalovedogwalking.com) to let her know whom the tip is for.

 

Dog Walking Clients Only: Dog Walking clients who make their service requests weekly must do so via PetSitClick by Thursday for the following week (The schedule for Dog Walking the following week is made on Thursdays), these clients will be invoiced on a weekly basis and invoices must be paid by Friday of the following week. Any requests given after Thursday will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis and assigned based on Walker/Sitter availability.

 

Any cancellations made for Dog Walks with less than 24 hours notice from the start of service (ETA specific time) will not be credited to the account. All other cancellations to Dog Walking services that are made with 24 hours or more notice to the start of service will receive a credit to the client’s account.
