Kozy Kritterz Pet Care Services and its subsidiaries, provides ultimate pet care services throughout Kitsap County. ALl pet care services provided re under direct supervisions of skilled and trained staff. Services may be provided at the home of the Client or at Kozy Kritterz. Each pet owner is encouraged to viw the premises, inside and out, to ensure that they are comfortable with the environment, the staff and the surroundings, prior to Kozy Kritterz providing care for any animal. In the event that Kozy kritterz, agents, staff or appointed persons, provide services on your premises, we shall not be held responsible for any items left about, that could pose potential safety hazards for any persons, or anmals. Kozy Kritterz, agents, staff or appointed persons are not responsible for unlockable gates, doors, fences, windows or other areas which may pose danger to any animal which may escape, or may allow for intruders. Kozy Kritterz always encourages locking mechanisms on all gates, doors, fences or windows that surround or encloe your home. Our staff, agents or appointed persons are not responsible for any animals that escape or are injured due to improperly latched, locked or secured fences, gates, doors, windows or other areas that have not been otherwise manages or directed by Owner. Kozy Kritterz, staff, agents or appointed persons are not responsible for other persons, contractors, relatives, friends or any of the such, that may also have access to your home, while you are unavailable.

Kozy Kritterz, agents, staff or appointed persons may request a copy of keys needed to obtain access to Owners property, for the sole purpose of caring for animals on stated property. Services are exclusive to the animals registered with Kozy Kritterz. Koxzy Kritterz agents, staff or appointed persons are not responsible for animals not registered with Kozy Kritterz, with the exception of fish. Kozy Kritterz agents, staff or appointed persons, may retain hard copies of keys or codes to the premises of registered animals, as agreed on by the property Owner. All keys are marked, coded and locked for safe keeping.

While pets are in the care of Kozy Kritterz, it is important to know that Kozy Krtterz, agents, staff or appointed persons DO NOT utilize parks, off leash parks, dog parks or any of the like, for the purpose of maintaining the safety of the pets in care of Kozy Kritterz. Kozy Kritterz, agents, staff or appointed persons may exercise animals at the pet Owners discretion and as directed, in areas local and known to the registered animals. Kozy Kritterz agents, staff or appointed persons are not responsible for injuries inflicted to any registered animal, imposed by other animals, while being exercised or walked. In such event, Kozy Kritterz agents, staff or appointed persons will obtain required information from other party to ensure the pet Owner of registered pet can pursue legal action if appropriate.

All animals registered and care for by Kozy Kritterz, agents,staff or appointed person, on the premises of Kozy Kritterz, must be current with their DHPP/ PARVO/ DISTEMPER Vaccinations, as well as RABIES. Kozy Kritterz does not require Bordetella (Kennel Cough) Vaccinations, but recommend it if your pet frequents areas where community animals are also around. (i.e. dog groomers, dog parks, pet stores). All animals will be current on reputable flea control (Activyl, Comfortis, Advantage or Frontline) Any animal on the Kozy Kritterz premises without flea control, or that have fleas present, will be treated at the pet Owners expense. All services are to be paid in advance, and prior to being rendered, unless otherwise noted and agreed upon by Kozy Kritterz agents, owners and staff. There is a return check fee of $75.00. Any unpaid balances must be paid within 5 days of Owners return. Unpaid balances are subject to 18% interest, billed monthly. Unpaid balances over 90 days will be referred to a collection agency, if said account remains inactive. Holiday reservations may require a deposit, prior to scheduling. This is to allow for proper space requirements / needs for animals and staff. This deposit is NON refundable, but will be applied to your balance once the reservation is made. If for some reason, you neglect to inform us of any changes or if you cancel your reservation with less than 14 days notice, any deposit collected, will not be refunded or credited. Please note, this is for Holiday reservations, inclusive of all Holidays observed. Kozy Kritterz, Kozy Kritterz, agents, staff or appointed persons may obtain Veterinary Care as deemed necessary and appropriate. Kozy Kritterz will do best by the animals by adhering to the pet Owners own Veterinary Care provider. In the event that emergency care is necessary, or the Veterinarian on file is not available, Kozy Kritterz agents, staff or appointed persons reserve the right to seek care as appropriate. The registered pet Owner is responsible for all Veterinary Care provided. Kozy Kritterz agents, staff or appointed persons are not deemed liable for any injury that may occur while in the care of Kozy Kritterz. There are no exceptions. For animals that have previous medical needs, are geriatric or have life long illnesses, Kozy Kritterz reserves the right to require a current DNR order. A DNR provides Kozy Kritterz the ability to provide extraordinary, life saving measures , if appointed to do so. Otherwise, you may choose to not perform such measures, as the need arises. Any such measures are the pet Owners full responsibility and such fees incurred will be at the registered pet Owners expense.
